What a week!

Hey there!  Wow...what a week it's been around this place.  I have so much to update you on.  Hmm...where to begin?  Well it all started last Sunday really.  "He" was leaving for hockey practice (he's a Coach didn't you know??) and "she" had just let us in from having a grand time in the backyard.  We were told to go upstairs Molly obeyed, I on the other hand didn't want to.  We're Scotties....we have minds of our own....and sometimes I try to dictate what I'll do not what "they" tell me I'll do.  It never ends well.  Anyway, I didn't mean to trip "her"....but....I did.  I got hurt (on the shop vac)...she got hurt...and my leg was a little sore.  On Monday "she" felt bad for me so off to the vet we went.  After some x-rays, turns out....I'm fine.....nothing wrong with this guy.

We left Molly home this time.  "They" thought "why bring 2 dogs??".  Well.........let's just say "they" realized on the drive home that it was her first time EVER being left alone.  Molly has always had me with her...since we were born.  What a mess!  Thankfully she was in our cage but she poo'd everywhere.....then walked in it....smooshed it....got it on some toys.  It was not a good scene.  After running around outside for another bit, it was time for Molly to get a quick bath.  I on the other hand didn't have to....mooo-ooh-ahahaha.

Anyone ever hurt their peeps before?  Share some good stories so that I don't feel like the only Scottie with an attitude.....BOL!

  2. OMD Angus that was definitely a week from 'he double hockey sticks'!! (we said that just for your Dad)!!

I'm purrty quick on my feet. Mom and I have our 'dance' worked out where I stay out of her way. However, sometimes when she picks me up to give me a hug (and I'm not in the mood) I wiggled so that I'm faced away from her and will push off on her chest. Depending on the thickness of her shirt I may or may not leave tread marks from my claws on her chest.
We had one of those moments this week...and you know what happened? She got out the box marked "Madi's BOX" that contains instruments of torture (claw clippers). MOL

    Hugs Madi

  3. Gosh!!!

I tripped the Lady Of the House over on the road twice last winter when she was walking me on the lead and I saw a cat and tried to lunge after it.

She's wise to me now and has a good technique for side stepping me and we both stay on our feet and the cats escape unscathed too.

    Love and licks, Winnie

  4. Yeah, we've tripped HER and accidently nipped her fingers getting treats and scratched HER. SHE's pretty good about it...well, maybe not the nipping.

Hope Molly has recovered being left ALL ALONE!!!
